Herbs and Spices procured by the experts at Exim are of the highest quality and are milled and blended in Exim’s onsite state of the art 20 000m² Spice Factory in Cape Town.
Our Spice Factory was specifically built to ensure full flexibility and to meet the specific requirements of our customers. It comprises of both a milling and blending functionality, as well as a steam sterilisation facility. Our casings plant, also in this facility, has two divisions, Halaal and non-Halaal.
Our casings undergo a number of strong quality control tests in our casings plant prior to selling. These tests are conducted by our top selectors to gauge calibre, quality and strength.
Exim houses a world-class demo kitchen which includes a training centre and auditorium. This space allows clients and prospective customers to interact with skilled Exim representatives and be educated on both product and offering, making us the perfect choice for those looking for professional butcher supplies.
We also have a team of highly skilled food science technologists available to work in conjunction with clients on bespoke recipes and product developments, further supporting your unique needs.
At Exim we recognize our obligation to produce safe and legally compliant products throughout the food safety chain and therefore we are committed to ensure compliance to the applicable statutory, regulatory and customer requirements.
